Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation have a DSA titer greater than 10000 2. Platelet count greater than 50*10^9/L 3. Blood coagulation function is normal 4. Normal cardiopulmonary function

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The study proposal shall be excluded if any of the following criteria are met: 1. Platelets below 50*10^9/L 2. Severe clotting disorder 3. Severe allergy to sodium citrate 4. Systemic circulatory failure that is difficult to correct with drugs.... 5. Non-stable heart and brain infarction 6. Cerebral hemorrhage or severe cerebral edema accompanied by cerebral hernia 7. You have a mental disorder 8. Allergic to human immunoglobulin or other severe allergic history 9. People with selective IgA deficiency who have anti-iga antibodies
