Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A total of 150 inpatients and outpatients in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected and diagnosed with T2DM according to the ADA diagnostic criteria in 2021. The patients were communicated with to obtain their consent, and corresponding urine samples were collected. According to ACR, 50 patients were divided into normal albuminuria (NA) group, with ACR 300mg/24h.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Type 1 and other types of diabetes mellitus, gestational diabetes mellitus, acute hyperglycemic disorders; (2) Patients with acute and chronic liver diseases and essential hypertension; (3) Patients with thyroid diseases such as thyroid dysfunction and thyroid cancer; (4) Patients with urinary calculi, gross hematuria, massive albuminuria, acute kidney injury and end-stage renal disease; (5) Patients with acute and chronic cardiac dysfunction, atrial fibrillation and other arrhythmias; (6) Patients with acute and chronic infectious diseases, autoimmune diseases and malignant tumors; (7) Patients who have recently undergone major operations; (8) Patients with anemia and other blood system diseases; (9) Patients who have recently taken hormones, anti-platelet aggregation and other drugs to change blood flow status.
