Continuous monitoring of intraoperative breath sounds

Interventions

Group M:Continuous monitoring of respiratory sounds in the breathing line of a patient under general anesthesia with the use of an acoustic transducer in the breathing line at the end of the endotrach
Group L:Under general anesthesia, the patient s breathing line at the end of the endotracheal tube is connected to a breathing line stethoscope to listen for breath sounds in the breathing line at 0.5
Group S:Listening for chest wall breath sounds every 0.5 hours after general anesthesia

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients aged =18 years;(2) Thoracic patients undergoing elective lobectomy under general anesthesia at our institution;(3) ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists) class II-III;(4) Subjects voluntarily enrolled in this study and signed an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Emergency thoracic surgery;(2) ASA classification IV and above;(3) Refusal to sign the informed consent form.

Abnormal breath sound detection rate;

Pulse oxygen saturation when abnormal breathing sounds are detected;Classification of abnormal breath sounds within each group;The sound intensity of normal breathing sounds, wet rales, sputum sounds and wheezing sounds;
