Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age of 18-80 years old, both sexes; 2) WON adjacent to the gastric or duodenal wall on CT or MRI; 3) Coexisting with one of the following symptoms; a. There are obvious compression symptoms, including abdominal pain/bloating, anorexia/early satiety, nausea/vomiting, jaundice and other symptoms b. Persistent fever, clinical suspicion or confirmed walled-off necrosis complicated with infection (WBC/CRP increased, CT showed bubbles in the cavity, etc.) c. Rapid enlargement of the lesion in a short period of time 4) signed informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Coagulopathy (INR>1.5) and thrombocytopenia (1.0cm from gastrointestinal wall; 5) patients with severe heart and lung diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 6) pregnant or lactating patients; 7) patients who refused to sign informed consent form
