Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women will be included if 1. they own a cell phone, and 2. can read and understand Afaan Oromo language, and 3. aged 18 years and above 4. gestational age of between 24-30 weeks with primiparous singleton pregnancy. Husbands will be included if: 1. own a cell phone 2. can read and understand Afaan Oromo language 3. aged 18 years and above
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant women will be excluded if: 1. They intended to change their remaining follow-up to a different health care facility or, 2. unable to read and understand Afaan Oromo. 3. Are under age (below 18 years), 4. Admitted to hospital and diagnosed for high risk pregnancy complications by attending health care provider at the time enrollment, and 5. They are multiple pregnancy Husbands will be excluded if: 1. Are under age (below 18 years) 2. unable to read and write.
