Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Equal to or larger than 18 years old; 2. Diagnosis of CHD by coronary angiography or coronary CTA; 3. Permanent resident of Foshan City, Guangdong Province; 4. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those diagnosed with cancer, mental illness, liver or kidney failure and physical disability who cannot walk normally; 2. Impairment of consciousness and language expression ability; 3. Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
