Control group:Routine care and popularization of bladder cancer-related knowledge, Guidance on dietary recommendations and medication management
Psychological support
Intervention group:Participants allocated to the intervention group received a positive psychological intervention program rooted in the PERMA model, in addition to the standard nursing care.

18 Years to 79 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 18 years; 2) Diagnosis of bladder cancer by pathology within three years after their initial BC surgery;3) No communication barriers and capable of written communication;4) Willingness to voluntarily participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Presence of other medical conditions such as renal failure, respiratory failure, heart failure, etc.; 2) Patients with mental disorders impeding their ability to cooperate with treatment and nursing; 3) Patients who had previously participated in or were currently involved in other psychological interven-tion research projects.
