Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Non dialysis patients who meet the diagnostic criteria of diabetes nephropathy and whose clinical stages are G3A2~G4A3, and whose TCM syndrome differentiation belongs to the syndrome of spleen and kidney qi deficiency and wind evil damaging the kidney; 2, age 18-80 years old, male and female; 3, informed consent, volunteer test, and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Type 1 diabetes, difficult blood sugar control, acute complications such as diabetic ketoacidosis; 2, complicated with serious heart, brain, liver, blood system diseases; 3. Proteinuria caused by other primary diseases; 4. Combined with other kidney diseases; 5. Diabetic nephropathy patients who continue to receive dialysis or kidney transplantation; 6. Pregnant and lactating women; 7, can not cooperate or can not follow the interviewer on time. 8. I am participating in another clinical study.
