Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Healthy adults over the age of 18; ? There is a tooth in the maxillary aesthetic area (incisor, lateral incisor, cusp) that cannot be retained; ?The palatal bone wall in the missing tooth area was intact, and preoperative CBCT assessed that there was sufficient bone mass on the palatal side to place the implant; ?The labial soft tissue of the affected tooth was intact, and the dental tissue of the affected tooth was intact from the labial gingival margin to the root tip; ?The opposite and adjacent teeth are healthy, the occlusal space is acceptable, the occlusal and overbite relationship is normal; ?The patient has good treatment compliance, good oral hygiene and good oral care habits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? There were severe acute and chronic inflammation at the implant site; ? Vertical bone defect of labial bone wall =5 mm after tooth extraction; ? The proximal and distal width of the implant is insufficient ? People with bad oral habits such as excessive daily smoking (>10 cigarettes/day), night bruxism, periodontal disease, etc.; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Poor general condition, unable to withstand surgery; ? Patients in orthodontic treatment.
