Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Living in the selected target area for 5 years or more; ?The informed consent should be signed by the person or guardian/agent; ?Adults are 18 years old and older, and adolescents are between 12~17 years old.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Without informed consent; ?People with various abnormal conditions who cannot complete the questionnaire, physical examination, ultrasound examination, blood collection and urine specimen collection; ?People have secondary factors that seriously affect the level of uric acid in the blood, such as certain diseases, drugs (except those who have been diagnosed with HUA or gout and are taking uric acid lowering drugs); ?People are suffering from serious life-threatening diseases; ?Pregnant women.
