Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. At least 18 years old; 2. Student in South China Normal University; 3. Meet the criteria for PTSD on the M.I.N.I. questionnaire H1 and H2 But does not meet H3; 4. The type of traumatic memory is a serious car accident or the death of a loved one; 5. Normal vision or corrected vision; 6. Able to understand and complete experimental tasks; 7. Voluntarily participate and sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently in the acute stress period of psychological trauma; 2. Through the interview, it is found that the current and past serious mental illness is not suitable for the experiment (such as schizophrenia, major depressive episode, current suicidal self-injury tendency, etc.); 3. Current or past brain injury; 4. In pregnancy; 5. Present cough, nasal congestion and other symptoms; 6. Heart blind subjects (visual imagination vividness scale score less than 16 points); 7. Have participated in or received similar research or psychological intervention with EMDR orientation.
