Age
18 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. have received or being receiving intravenous injection of BPs 2. in generally good condition (ASA I class or II class) 3. have hopeless tooth 3. after periodontal fundamental treatment 4. volunteer to participate and signed the consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. somker 2. pregnant or lactating women 3. history of irradiation of head-neck region 4. long course of taking corticosteroids and immunosuppressor 5. acute infection of tooth 6. already have MRONJ manifestation
