Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Severity of disease: diffuse adenomyopathy with severe dysmenorrhea, blurred vision score =7, need analgesic drugs; Diffuse lesions with a uterus = 70 days gestational size (volume >100cm3) involving more than 80% of the anterior and/or posterior wall muscles, or a thickened single layer of more than 6cm. In diffuse uterine myomatosis, anemia is caused by increased menstrual volume, hemoglobin is less than 80g/L, and the number of fibroids is more than 50. 2) Age and infertility history: age 20-45 years old, married, have fertility requirements; Infertility for more than 2 years, have tried a variety of methods to assist pregnancy failed (note: ovarian reserve function is normal, AMH =1.09, do not combine uterine malformation and intrauterine model injury adhesion syndrome and other uterine infertility assessment; Decreased AMH or combined with other infertility factors were included, but fertility analysis was not performed.) 3) Meet the above inclusion criteria and voluntarily undergo PUSH surgery without surgical contraindications.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with serious medical and surgical diseases can not tolerate surgery, in any systemic inflammation in the acute phase, pregnancy, breastfeeding or accompanied by malignant tumors; 2) No study was included if any of the above inclusion criteria were not met.
