18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who developed anastomotic leakage after prophylactic fistula surgery for ultra-low rectal cancer and then underwent transanal pull-through surgery at our center from 2018 to 2023.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who underwent transanal pull-through surgery but not because of developing anastomotic leakage after prophylactic fistula surgery for ultra-low rectal cancer 2.Patients who cannot undergo scheduled stoma reversal due to personal reasons 3.Patients whose follow-up time was less than 6 months
