60 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age = 60 years old; 2) No previous history of diabetes; 3) There is stress-induced hyperglycemia, with fasting blood glucose = 7.0 mmol/L or random blood glucose = 11.1 mmol/L at least twice after admission; 4) The expected treatment time in the ICU exceeds 3 days.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ketoacetic acidosis/hyperglycemic coma; 2) Previous diabetes history; Or typical diabetes symptoms such as polydipsia, polyuria and unexplained weight loss; 3) Long term use of hormones; Hyperglycemia related diseases; 4) Hyperthyroidism, acute pancreatitis, etc.
