Intervention group:Use a blanket of 5.5 kg with weight-adding glass beads
Control group:Use a light blanket of 3.5 kg with the same shape

18 Years to 78 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) age over 18 years old; 2) with sleep disorders; 3) live in Hangzhou and surrounding cities (e.g., Shaoxing), with stable occupation and lifestyle during the next year; 4) have normal communication ability and can co-operate with telephone follow-up; 5) voluntarily participate in this study and provide informed consent to complete the questionnaire, intervention and follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) active drug abuse, excessive use of sleeping pills; 2) severe cognitive impairment; 3) a history of major diseases including coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, cancer, etc.
