Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It meets the diagnostic criteria of large cerebral infarction in the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Care and Treatment of Large Cerebral Hemisphere Infarction 2017. 2. At the same time, it was confirmed by an experienced neurologist that there was a large cerebral infarction. 3. Informed consent of patients or authorized relatives to the study. 4. Complete clinical data information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with poor cooperation or other factors lead to incomplete data collection. 2. Patients with obvious infarction of the contralateral cerebral hemisphere or with primary cerebral hemorrhage. 3. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency, blood system disease, mental disease or malignant tumor. 4.Patients who are currently participating in or have participated in another clinical study within the last 3 months.
