Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: I. Phase I: 1.Undergraduate students enrolled at a certain university in Jiangxi. 2.Lack of basic knowledge and experience with auricular acupressure. 3.Aged 18 or above. II.Phase II: 1.Participated in the first phase of this study. 2.Diagnosed with mild to moderate anxiety, depression, or stress based on the scores from the depression, anxiety, and stress scale. 3.Have no experience or theoretical knowledge about auricular acupressure. 4.Agreed to participate in the second phase.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. Phase I: 1.Patients with a history or existing mental disorders. 2.Patients taking antidepressants, anticonvulsants, or sleeping pills. 3.Patients undergoing supplementary or alternative therapies. II. Phase II: 1.Those who withdrew from the study during the first phase. 2.Individuals who are medically advised not to undergo auricular acupressure therapy for any reason. 3.Students with severe mental disorders or those in immediate need of medical intervention.
