Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Remaining blood samples detected by the hospital; ? The sample information has been complete, including sample number, gender, age, sampling time, clinical information; ? Inpatients diagnosed as COVID-19 according to the national "Diagnosis and Treatment Scheme of COVID-19", influenza A, influenza B, or psittacosiss diseases. And Inpatients diagnosed as common respiratory infection according to the "Guidelines for Primary Diagnosis and Treatment of Adult Community Acquired Pneumonia (2018)". These blood samples which come from these patients must be able to reflect changes in the condition during hospitalization; ? Age: 18-80, and no limitation of gender.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Samples with abnormal quality (such as severe chyle blood, severe hemolysis, and the appearance of clots); ? Repeated freeze-thaw samples; ? Samples without basic information and clinical information; ? Patients whose blood samples have not been collected at multiple time points.
