50 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for herpes zoster, within three months of herpes appearance; ? Age 50~90 years old. ? Numerical pain score (NRS) =4 after 1 week of standardized oral drug treatment; Patients receiving pulsed radiofrequency treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who cannot cooperate to complete the follow-up visit; ? Patients who did not follow up or whose phone number was missing and could not be followed up; ? Combined diabetic peripheral neuropathy or combined organic diabetic complications; ? Preoperative presence of severe systemic infections or presence of malignant tumors, bleeding disorders and immunodeficiency and other related diseases.
