18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Hepatolithiasiss with or without extrahepatic bile duct stones, accompanied by irreversible lesions such as bile duct stenosis, severe liver parenchymal fibrosis or atrophy requiring hepatectomy;(2) Liver function of Child-Pugh class A;(3) No need for bile duct plastic surgery or biliary-intestinal anastomosis;(4) Patients volunteered to participate and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Combined with acute suppurative cholangitis;(2) History of previous laparotomy or other upper abdominal surgery except laparoscopic cholecystectomy;(3) Combined with severe underlying diseases, difficult to tolerate surgery;(4) Any significant clinical and laboratory abnormalities that the investigator believes would affect safety assessments;(5) Patients whom the investigator believes are unsuitable for enrollment.
