Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing elective craniotomy for brain tumors, including meningiomas, gliomas, metastatic tumors, and other patients who require radial artery pressure measurement during surgery, ASA I-III grade 2. Preoperative MRI excluded intracranial hypertension (presence of cerebral pool and absence of midline deviation) 3. Age 18-65 4. Body Mass Index (BMI) 18-25kg/m2 5. Understanding this study and and accepting to sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Excluding emergency neurosurgery, minimally invasive neurosurgery, skull repair surgery, ventriculoperitoneal shunt surgery, etc. 2. Excluding patients with intracranial hyper-pressure, consciousness disorder, or pathological neurological signs before surgery. 3. Excluding patients with coronary heart disease, intracranial aneurysm, and intracranial arteriovenous malformation. 4. Excluding patients with fragile brain such as a history cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction. 5. Excluding patients who have used mannitol dehydration before surgery. 6. Excluding patients with narcotic drugs allergy. 7. Excluding patients who refuse to sign the SVV device usage consent form. 8. Excluding patients with severe hepatic and renal disorders.
