Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Age =18 years old; ? There are indications for indwelling gastric tube; ? Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Patients with esophageal varices bleeding within 3 days; ? Patients after esophageal or gastric surgery; ? Patients with coagulopathy (INR) > 2, platelet count < 30×109/L, fibrinogen concentration < 0.8g/L); ?Accompanied by other serious physical diseases that may have an impact on the study results.
