Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18-60, ASAI-III grade, who undergo elective intubation and general anesthesia, are scheduled to be sent to a recovery room for resuscitation and tracheal catheter removal after surgery.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe hypertension (systolic blood pressure = 180mmHg, or diastolic blood pressure = 110mmHg); 2.Tachycardia (heart rate>100 beats/min); 3. Coronary heart disease; 4. Difficult airway; 5.Adrenal cortical dysfunction; 6. Patients with severe heart, liver, lung, or kidney diseases; 7. Severe anemia, shock, metabolic disorders, electrolyte disorders; 8. Severe infections (sepsis, sepsis, brain abscess); 9. Pregnant women; 10. Patients who are unable to communicate; 11. Patients with delayed gastric retention or gastric emptying; 12. Patients who abuse hormones or anesthetic analgesics; 13. Individuals who are allergic to the studied medication.
