Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical University>18 years old 2. ASA classification II-III 3. Patients undergoing elective general anesthesia and mechanical ventilation 4. Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Emergency surgery 2. The patient refuses to participate in the experiment or is unable to sign the informed consent form 3. Poor blood sugar control before surgery 4. Preoperative pulmonary infection
