Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?Undergraduate or graduate students aged 18 years or older; ?BMI=24.0kg/m2; ?Individuals who have sources of Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs) exposure in their daily lives, as determined by a questionnaire survey; ?Individuals who voluntarily participate in and cooperate with the research, and sign an informed consent form; ?Individuals who willingly provide biological samples; ?Individuals who are not currently participating in other trials, and during the intervention period, cannot participate in other trials.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Individuals who self-report having a disease. ?Women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy, and women who are breastfeeding. ?Individuals who have participated in a weight loss program or experienced weight changes (greater than 5% of current body weight) in the past 3 months. ?Individuals who have taken medication that affects weight or energy intake/energy expenditure in the past 6 months. ? Individuals who smoke or have smoked within the 3 months prior to the baseline survey. ? Individuals who self-report having severe gastrointestinal disease or a history of gastrointestinal surgery in the past 12 months. ?Individuals who, due to various factors, are unable to cooperate and complete the entire cycle of intervention.
