18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) BMI, 20 = BMI = 30; (2) No mental disease, central nervous system disease, liver disease, renal function abnormality, cardiopulmonary function abnormality, diabetes or ASA Class II in the past; (3) No obstetric complications; (4) Single tire; (5) No contraindications for combined lumbar and epidural anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) BMI BMI = 30; (2) Previous mental illness, central nervous system disease, liver disease, renal dysfunction, cardiopulmonary dysfunction, diabetes or American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class III or above; (3) Severe obstetric complications, such as preeclampsia and eclampsia, gestational hypertension, placenta previa or placental abruption; (4) Twins, stillbirths, or neonatal deformities; (5) Contraindications to combined lumbar epidural anesthesia include abnormal coagulation function, anticoagulant therapy, severe hypovolemia, or hemodynamic instability.
