Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:   Arterial oxygen pressure less than 60mmHg with indoor air 2:   or oxygenation index as 100-300mmHg 3: Age = 18 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Immediate tracheal intubation is required 2: Consciousness (Glasgow coma score less than 9) 3: Hemodynamic instability and inability to be corrected by medication in the short term 4: pregnancy 5: Arterial blood carbon dioxide pressure = 50mmHg 6: Contraindications to the use of nasal high flow oxygen therapy or non-invasive ventilation 7: One of the non-invasive oxygen therapy devices was already in use during the visit 8: Other situations not suitable to enter clinical research by doctor's evaluation
