Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? ASA status: class? to ?; ?age between 20 to 80 ; ?written informed consent obtained

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?pre-operative cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic or renal dysfunction; ?pre-operative arrhythmia; ?history of asthma or COPD; ?use of antiarrhythmic drugs including b-receptor blockers, digitalis and calcium-channel antagonists 3 days before the surgery; ?any previous thoracic surgery; ?local skin infection or nerve injury at the acupoint; ?electrolyte disturbance, thyroid dysfunction, sleep dysfunction and mental impairment; ?patients recruited in other clinical trials
