Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-60 years old (2) Propofol combined with sufentanil was used as intravenous anesthesia during the operation (3) The American Society of Anesthesiology (ASA) anesthesia risk scale Class I - Class III (4) The patient signs the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Severe cardiopulmonary, liver and kidney dysfunction (2) Patients with upper respiratory tract infection symptoms (3) Diabetic patients
