Perioperative arrhythmias

Interventions

Dexmedetomidine group:Establishing venous channels and completing the ECG monitoring after the patient enters the operating room. Then the patient was randomly divided into two groups. In the dextrome
control group:The control group B was infused with normal saline according to the same mode. At last,the arrhythmias of the two groups were evaluated.

60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age greater than 60 years or preoperative patients with abnormal electrocardiogram including supraventricular tachycardia, atrial premature, atrial tachycardia, atrial flutter, ventricular premature,atrial fibrillation, and refractory supraventricular tachycardia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sinus bradycardia<55 times/minute, atrioventricular block, preoperative serious arrhythmia, moderate to severe heart valve disease, heart failure and pulmonary edema. Patients with Grade Ill cardiac function, ASAiv and above.
