Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: age =40 years; and those who met any of the following conditions: (1) self-reported chronic respiratory symptoms such as chronic cough, chronic sputum, dyspnea, etc.; (2) self-reported history of chronic respiratory diseases such as chronic bronchitis, emphysema, etc.; (3) current or past exposure to smoking, occupational exposure, serious respiratory infections in childhood, and indoor use of polluted fuels, etc.; (4) family history of chronic respiratory diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? COPD patients; ? patients with mental illness and consciousness disorder or patients with serious heart, liver and kidney diseases. ?Those whose family members or themselves refuse to participate in the study.
