Adenomyosis

Interventions

Gold Standard:The patient was diagnosed with adenomyosis based on MRI examination and clinical judgment.
Index test:1. Shear wave elastic ultrasound parameters: Young's modulus (E) value of the region of interest (ROI)
2. Shear wave dispersion ultrasound parameters: Shear wave dispersion slope (SWDS) in the region of interest (ROI)
3. MRI signal parameters: T1WI and T2WI signal intensity of the area of interest (ROI), and T1WI/T2WI signal ratio (T1/T2).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18-50 years old; 2.Suspected of adenomyosis due to related clinical symptoms (menstrual pain, excessive menstruation, dysmenorrhea, chronic pelvic pain); 3.All cases were confirmed to have adenomyosis by MRI examination; 4.No other malignant gynecological diseases, as well as serious heart and lung diseases; 5.Voluntarily sign an informed consent form and follow the requirements of the plan.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Menopausal women; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Using of intrauterine devices or hormones for contraception; 4. Previously received surgery for adenomyosis or fibroids, or minimally invasive treatment for excessive menstruation; 5. No complete ultrasound or MRI examination data available.
