DEPRESSOR ANGULI ORIS&PLATYSMA:Botulinum toxin A injection to depressor anguli oris and platysma muscles.

20 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) any gender (2) Age: 20 to 60 years (3) Baseline measurements showed bilateral orofacial angle of ptosis >0° with a difference of <3° between the two sides (4) Combined or uncomplicated marionette lines (5) agree not to undergo facial manipulation or surgery during the follow-up period (6) Commitment to participate in all scheduled follow-up visits (7) Signed informed consent form (Appendix 1 in proposal)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) any contraindication to botulinum toxin type A (including allergy to any botulinum toxin preparation or any ingredient in the preparation, such as milk proteins or albumin, and injection site infection) (2) Pregnant or lactating women (3) Muscle movement disorders (e.g. myasthenia gravis and Lambert-Eaton syndrome) (4) Diseases or defects of the nervous system (5) Inflammation or trauma to the lower part of the body (6) History of facial surgery within the past 1 year (including photorejuvenation, laser ablative surgery, radiofrequency therapy, chemical peels, botulinum toxin type A or filler injections and surgery) (7) Serious systemic disease, coagulation disorders, psychiatric disorders (8) History of allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to lidocaine, botulinum toxin-based products (9) Inability to complete follow-up visits
