20 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 20-40 years old; (2) Diagnosed as RIF (embryo implantation failure frequency = 3 times); (3) BMI less than 30 kg/m2; (4) Both male and female chromosomes are normal;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Chromosomal abnormalities in either party (male or female). 2) Individuals with uterine endometrial lesions (history of intrauterine adhesions, untreated endometrial polyps or submucosal fibroids, past history of uterine endometrial tuberculosis). 3) Reproductive tract anomalies. 4) Individuals with tubal hydronephrosis who have not undergone tubal ligation. 5) Adenomyosis. 6)Autoimmune system diseases. 7)Other endocrine disorders (abnormal thyroid function), hyperprolactinemia. 8)Patients with a tendency for thrombus formation. 9)Incomplete data and loss to follow-up patients
