Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis at Xi'an Honghui Hospital and planning to undergo initial total knee arthroplasty treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous history of knee joint surgery 2. History of neurological diseases such as chronic generalized pain 3. Patients with cognitive impairment, illiteracy, etc. who are unable to successfully complete the scoring scale 4. Patients who have not completed surgery or follow-up as planned 5. Rejection and exclusion of this study
