Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients receiving primary kidney allotransplantation; 2.Individuals or their guardians (for children) agree to participate and sigh the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Receiving multiple organ transplantation; 2. Previous receiving kidney or other organ and tissue transplantation; 3. Preoperative PRA positive; 4. Unable to conduct regular follow-up for a certain period of time.
