Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Moderate and severe patients who met the OSA diagnosis and treatment guidelines by PSG detection ; ( 2 ) Patients who need to undergo UPPP surgery assessed by a professional doctor ; ( 3 ) Aged 18 to 70 years old. ( 4 ) Patients or their legal authorizers agreed to participate in this study. ( 5 ) ASA grade I ~ II, body mass index ( BMI ) 18 ~ 29.5kg / m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ). patients with severe heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, hemorrhagic disease, mental illness, or cardiopulmonary function, liver and kidney function, coagulation dysfunction and other reasons can not tolerate surgery ; ( 2 ). Persons allergic to related drugs ; ( 3 ). patients with chronic pain or long-term use of analgesic drugs ; ( 4 ). Pregnant or lactating women ; ( 5 ). Monoamine oxidase inhibitor was used within two weeks.
