Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age 18-80 years old; (2) Clinically confirmed diagnosis of Parkinson's disease in accordance with the diagnostic criteria of the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease; (3) The patient's physical condition is considered to be a stable course of Parkinson's disease; (4) Able to give informed consent and understand the instructions, and cooperate to complete the experiment. Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with various secondary Parkinson's syndromes and Parkinsonian superimposed syndromes; (2) Other neurologic disorders (e.g. amyotrophic lateral sclerosis or multiple sclerosis, encephalitis, etc.); (3) Severe mental depression or severe cognitive deterioration; (4) Deep brain irritation or malignant tumors, extensive surgery, or radiation therapy to the head and neck; (5) Comorbid severe cardiac or pulmonary disease (sinus bradycardia <60 bpm, SaO2 drop of more than 2% during feeding), epilepsy, carotid sinus syndrome or head and neck dermatosis, presence of severe nutritional risk, hydroelectrolyte disorders, malignant disease; (6) Previous vagus nerve surgery.
