Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria: overweight with a body mass index (BMI) =24, and weight gain is not due to muscular development; ? Age 18-65 years old; ? Sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Diabetes, hyperlipidemia, coronary heart disease, hypertension, polycystic ovary syndrome, cancer, gout and other chronic diseases of endocrine and autoimmune systems; ? Take glucocorticoids, sex hormones, etc.; ? Suffering from depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, bulimia, etc.; ? Pregnant or lactating women; ? Platelets less than 30×10^9 /L; ? Failure to follow up on time; ? Doctors think it is not suitable to participate in the trial.
