Experimental group:Patients in the naloxone group were treated with open venous channels and PCIA pump infusion of 0.05 from 3 days before surgery to 5 days after surgery 0.05ug/kg.h of naloxone
Postoperative composite 0.04ug/kg.h(calculated at 48 hours) sufentanil
control group:Non naloxone group received 0.04 PCIA pump injection after surgery0.04ug/kg.h (calculated at 48 hours) sufentanil. Set the PCIA dosage to 2 mL, lock in time to 20 minutes, and background

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Class I-II, age = 75 years old 2. Patients planning to undergo partial or total gastrectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe heart and lung diseases were excluded from the group. 2. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction were excluded from the group. 3. Allergies to naloxone were excluded from the group. 4.Patients with opioid addiction or abuse, as well as dizziness
