18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meets the above-mentioned diagnostic criteria of both Chinese and Western medicine. ? Diagnosed with diabetes for at least 2 years. ? Age between 18 and 70 years old. ? Has not used antibiotics or probiotics within the past month. ? Complete medical records, able to freely extend the tongue for examination. ? Stable blood sugar control plan in the past three months. ? Conscious and has good comprehension and language expression abilities, able to successfully complete the questionnaire. ? Sufficient communication with the patient or their family members, and their willingness to participate. ? Sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes, secondary hyperlipidemia, obesity, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, malignant tumors, and a history of chronic infectious diseases. ? Individuals with significant illnesses such as severe bleeding. ? Patients with acute or chronic gastrointestinal disorders. ? Individuals with mental illnesses. ? Pregnant or lactating women. ? Substance abusers. ? Individuals with a history of binge eating, fasting, or eating disorders.
