Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for hematological diseases. 2. Agreed to platelet infusion therapy, completed all tests, and received HLA high-resolution genetic testing and antibody testing. 3. Having two or more platelet transfusions for treatment 4. There was no clear history of blood transfusion before admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Incomplete general information and blood transfusion information 2) Patients with incomplete pre and post transfusion evaluation indicators.
