Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?8-17 years old ?anterior teeth with significant coronal tooth defects caused by dental trauma or caries, and need post-and-core restoration ?pulp treatment was done ?imaging examination: The affected tooth is a single canal tooth with no root fracture, no lesions in the periapical tissue, no obvious deformities in the root, and no obvious developmental abnormalities in the root structure ?The Patients and parents willing to accept treatment and signed the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?The tooth defect reached the deeper part of the subgingival region (below the crest of the alveolar ridge), and the residual root cannot meet the standard of crown root ratio for post-and-core crown restoration ?Combined with severe displacement injury with a risk of external resorption of root or alveolar bone resorption ?There is a risk of occult root fractures/fissures ?Unable to cooperate with treatment due to systematic condition
