Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the diagnostic criteria for cardiogenic shock after acute myocardial infarction; ? age> 18 years; ? hypotensive SBP 90mmHg over 30min (excluding hypovolaemia); or need vasoactive drug support to maintain systolic blood pressure above 90mmHg; ? hypoperfusion injury of surrounding organs: cold skin, oliguria or anuria, consciousness status, change, lactate> 2 mmol/L, or rely on inotropic drugs or cardiac devices to assist correction of shock state.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Continuous cardiopulmonary resuscitation exceeds 30 minutes; ?; other important organ injuries such as cerebral hemorrhage, acute cerebral infarction, etc.; ? patients with cardiogenic shock who have entered E stage according to SCAI. ? Patients who have received other new drugs in the past 3 months. ? pregnant or preparing for pregnancy and lactating women. ? patients with psychiatric, alcohol and psychoactive substances abusers and dependence. ? medical record information and physical and chemical indicators.
