Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 3 to 70 years with clinically proven "diffuse midline glioma with H3 K27 changes" who have undergone MRI enhancement prior to surgery or biopsy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those without further pathological verification of the molecular typing of the tumour. (2) Poor image quality after scanning, which prevents MRI reading. (3) ADC maps that do not allow accurate measurement of relevant parameters, or baseline clutter in 1H-MRS spectrograms, the corresponding quantitative parameter measurement was discarded for this patient.
