18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria. 2. Men or women aged 18-75 years old. 3. Moderate pain degree at baseline (3-7 scored by VAS). 4. Lesions and pain are located in the waist or chest and abdomen. 5. Provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. PHN occured in the head, face and limbs, and certain specific types of herpes zoster sequelae, such as disseminated zoster, visceral zoster. 2. Any combination of serious primary diseases, such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disorders, hematopoietic system diseases, malignant tumor, etc. 3. Presence of local skin blister infection or ulcer. 4. Presence of psychiatric disease, infection, bleeding disorders or allergic constitution. 5. Pregnancy, lactation, or preparing pregnant within 6 months. 6. Nuclear magnetic contraindications, such as claustrophobia and metal implants. 7. Participation in a similar study in the last 3 months.
