18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients undergoing upper extremity surgery for the first time; 2. In line with the indications of interscalene brachial plexus block; 3. ASA I-?; 4. Aged 18-75 years, gender unlimited; 5. Get informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating patients; 2. Morbid obesity (BMI>=40kg/m^2); 3. Patients with severe heart, brain, liver and kidney diseases; 4. Patients with upper limb paralysis or limb sensory and movement disorders; 5. Patients with mental illness, inability to communicate properly, or inability to correctly score VAS; 6. Patients allergic to amides local anesthetics, dexamethasone and dexmedetomidine; 7. Patients with a history of opioid or drug abuse.
