Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time subcortical stroke patients; 2. Age 18-75 years old; 3. Duration of disease: 7 days to 6 months; 4. Upper limb Fugl-Meyer score =29 points; 5. MMSE=24 points; 6. The affected hand can extend the finger without pain when receiving NMES; 7. The healthy side hand can extend and grasp the full range; 8. Sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Posterior circulation stroke; 2. Complicated with peripheral nerve injury, Parkinson's disease, multiple sclerosis and other neurological diseases; 3. Combined with severe shoulder or hand pain; 4. Severe spasm of upper limb (modified Ashworsh=3) or obvious contracture of wrist and hand joint; 5. Unilateral neglect, and other visual impairment; 6. Implantable electronic systems such as pacemakers and metal implants in the head; 7. History of seizures; 8. Claustrophobic.
