Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) The main body of the tumor was located in the lower part of the stomach through gastroscopy and three-dimensional reconstruction of the stomach before surgery, and the pathological biopsy indicated evil behavior; (2) The patient requested robotic surgery; (3) Preoperative evaluation of clinical stage I-III; (4) Intraoperative gastroscopy reconfirmed that the tumor was located in the gastric antrum; (5) Total robotic radical resection of distal gastric cancer was performed, and manual anastomosis or triangular anastomosis was adopted for digestive tract reconstruction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) History of gastric surgery; (2) Combined with systemic disease intolerance to robotic surgery; (3) Those who refuse to perform robotic surgery for various reasons.
